Chris Pfadt

Chris has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with jobs that have ranged from working in high-end restaurants and ski resort hotels to managing luxury Montana fly fishing lodges. With a keen lifelong passion for fishing and hunting, he was drawn to Montana in 1998 from his roots in Pennsylvania to pursue his outdoor interests.

Now with a perfect blend of guest service and guiding experience as the Grey Cliffs Ranch General Manager and Guide since 2006, Chris loves to share his knowledge of the outdoors with guests. He lives on site with his wife Licia, a ceramic artist, his two kids Aidan and Kilah, and his German Shorthair Pointers Katie and Hunter. Tracy Blashill

We are excited to have Tracy Blashill on our full time staff.  He and his wife Alice live on the property with their two dogs.  Tracy operates the ranching side of Grey Cliffs in addition to guiding guests. His many years of Montana fly fishing experience and friendly disposition on the river will ensure a great time:

Tracy Blashill grew up in Austin, Texas. In the early eighties Tracy began guiding whitewater trips in the American southwest, and guiding fly fishermen on some of those rivers soon followed. Since then guiding has led Tracy around the world. For almost two decades he has made the incomparable rivers and mountains of southwest Montana home.
